Silent Auction

Each year, a team of Butman staff and volunteers procure donations from generous local businesses that are available to bid on at Christmas in the Canyon.

How we do our auction at the event.
Each guest to the event will receive a unique bidder ID number, which they will use to place bids at the bidding table. The bid sheets will be collected promptly at 7:20 to give our auction staff time to tabulate the results. The winning bid numbers will then be announced and the winning bidders asked to check out with one of our staff.
